I’ve used their services twice now, once for a past ticket and one upcoming. The first time they were able to reduce my fines by more than I paid them plus got the points drastically reduced. This time I am blown away by the wonderful and professional customer service I have received from Rhonda. She is very sharp and follows through on everything she says she will do. I received a ticket for disobeying a traffic signal (red light) in February 2020. Elimitix was suggested by a friend. It turned out to be a great idea. Farah and her team gave me confidence in a positive outcome from the start. Although, I was unable to logon to the website to track my ticket, the matter was handled without my participation. Due to covid circumstances, my notice to appear was scheduled and subsequently cancelled twice (in March and again in May). In late July, a proceeding was held that I did not have to attend. The Elimitix team was able to win a dismissal for me. The price was very reasonable and the results could not be beat. Thanks so much Farah. Received a traffic citation in Troy for going 25 over on I-75 in Michigan. Was scolded from the officer about reckless driving. I contacted Elimitix. Farah from Elimitix took care of everything. I didn't even have to show up at court. The ticket was reduced to impeding traffic with no points. Only a small fine to pay. This is a 0 point violation which doesn't appear on my record or get reported to insurance. I really appreciate all that Farah did. I certainly will recommend Elimitix to all my friends. This office recently represented me in the court for traffic violation. I contacted many lawyers in my area and I finally chose this office represented me. The price is very reasonable but the most important thing that the Attorney did very wonderful job. I only paid the ticket fee and got NO POINT.
